Nope! We're here to support all neurodivergent individuals, whether you're self-diagnosed, formally diagnosed, or still exploring.

Our first appointment is designed to understand you fully. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and how we can help, but it goes beyond a typical "chat." As occupational therapists, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your unique needs and strengths. This includes evaluating your physical, cognitive, and environmental factors to create a truly individualized plan for your journey towards thriving.
This in-depth assessment is what sets us apart. It allows us to:
Identify the root causes of your challenges: We go beyond addressing surface-level issues to understand the underlying factors impacting your daily life.
Develop a personalized plan: Your treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, ensuring the most effective path toward progress.
Measure progress objectively: We use standardized assessments to track your progress and make adjustments as needed, ensuring you're always moving forward.
Think of it as a collaborative brainstorming session where we combine your expertise on your life with our clinical expertise to map out your journey towards thriving.

Yes! We accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) payments. While these payment methods are generally accepted for occupational therapy services, some states have limitations.

Thrive Divergence is an out-of-network provider. This means we will not bill your insurance directly and payment is due at time of service. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt called a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if they allow. We also accept FSA/HSA payments.
We offer a limited number of sliding fee scale slots. Reduced rate fees are $150 for initial evaluation and range $100-140 per follow-up session. For more information, please contact us.
